The Service creates a "Spotify Wrapped"-style experience for your finances, providing insights, visualizations, and humorous commentary about your spending patterns.

The spending narratives and insights generated by our Service are created using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected interpretations of your data. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.
SpendStory is not a financial advisor, bank, or financial institution. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice. The insights, narratives, and visualizations provided are for informational and entertainment purposes only. You should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPENDSTORY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Plaid (for bank connections) and Anthropic (for AI processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
